Need an opinion on my labs
I just went to my endo. He looked at my reports and said everything is fine. I just need to get my weight down from 80kgs to 70kg through a calorie deficit diet (emphasised this)
His responses to my questions
- Anti-bodies are high = not a issue just need to lose weight. TSH is all that matters
- iron levels are not increasing despite various iron types of iron tablets and doses = my haemoglobin is fine. Levels will never increase beyond that cause of periods
- having stomach issues/ not celiac but facing gluten issues = gluten is not an issues, you can eat it. Just eat less and exercise.
- my weight gain after eating gluten = no possible link. Just eat less food and exercise
I'm currently facing severe bloating and acid reflux. I had possible gastritis a month ago. I'm also having difficulty breathing/ feeling really tired to the point where I lie down and just go to sleep.
Was on 75mg. Increased to 88mg
