Leaving Manga in "Shrink Wrap" ?

This has been bothering for a while. Is it worth leaving a Manga in Shrink wrap, or better to unwrap it? I like buying Manga, and support it. I also read the physical copy and digital on my tablet. I come to a point reading on my tablet is easier for me. So, I end up not reading the physical Manga, and leaving some in Shrink Wrap.

What is your opinion on this?
