If you had an accessible outdoor building, how would you use it?

Rule 6

Hello everyone, I'm with a company that builds storage buildings, and we're considering exhibiting at a disability and mobility expo. Rather than assuming what people need, I'd love to hear directly from people with disabilities or caregivers.

If you had a small backyard building (roughly 8x10 to 12x20), what would you actually use it for? Storage for mobility equipment? A therapy room? Hobby space? Quiet sensory room? Something else entirely? Let me know as this is not my area of expertise!
