Help starting a draft league ( willing to put up prize $$ )

Hello, I have been wanting to start or play in a draft league forever!
But I legit know nobody else who plays , so I was wondering if anyone is interested in helping me start a draft season where we play maybe for a couple of weeks and there are 10-12 players. I am willing to put up 75$ for the winner of the whole thing, and I am open to adding more to beef it up if the other players are interested as well!!
Plus I would LOVE to make some friends I can practice/play with often!!
