How many times are you asking for ID before you lock someone up?

I watch a ton of traffic stop bodycams on YouTube and you have cops that will have a 10 minute debate with someone citing case law and repeatedly asking before they hit their breaking point.

Others will lock you up if you refuse on a second ask.
