Why are meteorologists and climatologists not screaming about climate change on live TV?

You had that meteorologist who cried during a live broadcast because of Hurricane Milton intensifying rapidly, but I have yet to see a valid crash out. David Suzuki said we lost the war on climate change, but it seemed like a lament that it was inevitable rather than a scream that it wasn't inevitable if the oil companies didn't hide their stats. This isn't "America bad" because Canadian and EU reporters aren't screaming either.
