Left Chest, shoulder, and elbow pain

I have a dull pain in my chest in the lower left section of my left pec. If I push on the pec the pain fades. There is also pain on the back of my left shoulder. My elbow is also experiencing a dull persistent pain. I’ve been experiencing this for about 6 hours. The pain in my chest will fade but then has built up twice, the second time it lasted for much shorter. I’m 21, 5’8, 230 pounds. I had trouble sleeping last night, so could it be that I just slept on my arm at an odd angle?
