Sleeping meter?

I'm not too worried about finding a mod like this, I'm more so curious.

Is there a mod out there that gives the player a "sleeping meter" of sorts that slowly goes down over the course of a day, and removes the nighttime only sleeping restrictions?

Maybe adds coffee too or smth so you dont have to sleep.

(a good example would be the stamina system f4om Voices of The Void)
