ISO LEASE TAKEOVER/ TRANSFER IN BK

Hi! My partner and I are looking for a spacious 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg, Ridgewood, Bushwick, or nearby neighborhoods for a September or October move-in.

We’re especially interested in a lease takeover/lease assignment, and would absolutely love to find something rent-stabilized if possible.

We’re flexible on the exact neighborhood as long as it’s in or around the Williamsburg/Bushwick/Ridgewood area. If you or someone you know is looking to transfer a lease, please message me with details, photos, rent, and move-in date. Thank you! 🏠
