[Product Request] Stubborn Pimple

So I don’t have a lot of knowledge in pimple care. I rarely got them growing up and rarely get them now (oh noooo my steak is too juicy and my lobster’s too buttery, I know. But this means I don’t really know what to do when they do show up).

I have a pimple on my lip that will not go away. Typically I just use a patch and it clears up. I’ve used 3 so far. After each one it looks empty so I let it air out but within a few hours the whitehead reappears so I apply a new one. I make sure I wash the area before applying one, too.

Is there something else I can use to help it clear up and heal? I have a wedding to go to this weekend and would like to have it healed up by then, or at least healed enough to where it’s not actively producing pus.

Any recommendations for products or adjustments to what I’m currently doing?
