[UPC] Appeal for Readmission questions?

Hello, I'm very confused on what to do. Last year (it was my first year in college), I had an INC grade for 6 of my subjects in the 2nd sem. I know I was supposed to remove it before the next enrollment period, but I didn't because of personal mental health issues.

During this year's enrollment period for 2nd year, I was told by enrollment staff that I was PDQ and couldn't be enrolled until I clear all the INCs and do the process for Appeal for Readmission. They said I can only be enrolled during 2nd semester and that I should complete this before then.

Unfortunately, from here on out, I couldn't understand their instruction. All I know is that I have to also write a Letter of Appeal, get signatures from different offices, and make a Plan of Study. But I have a bunch of questions

1. Am I still supposed to attend the 1st semester classes? Cause it seems I'm still part of the class list, and I kind of need the prerequisite subjects before I can even attend classes for the 2nd sem right? Even if I'm not enrolled?
2. Will I be pretty much back to my normal block schedule by 2nd sem? Or am I irregular now?
3. How do you make a plan of study?

I'm sorry for the questions. This is the first time this happened to me and I'm really lost right now. Thank you.
