You don't need to be a teacher to help a kid

I’ve been volunteering near Ulsoor Lake, teaching Maths & Science to 8th–10th grade kids from underserved communities.

Many of them have learning gaps, and sometimes all it takes is sitting beside them, explaining it one more time, encouraging them, and being that “Come on, this is such an easy one for you. You can do much better!” anna / akka

If you’ve ever thought about giving back to communitu but felt you weren’t qualified enough — maybe all you really need is the willingness to show up.
