If they do divide the provinces, how will they deal with universities
So many universities are provincially owned and run, notably having way low fees in exchange for high merit. For example Punjab university and all the medical colleges. But I'm wondering that if they do make every division its own province, how will they deal with universities. Since all the good universities in punjab are in Lahore, I assume other provinces' are in their capitals too. So if they do make Lahore its own province, how will students from southern Punjab, who frankly don't have good universities, get a chance to cheaply fulfill their dreams, since the private ones have high af fees
