You walked a lot reward missing

When I opened my app I got a thing that said ‘you walked 56km a week claim your rewards’ It seemed to be frozen so I closed the app and opened it again and now I don’t get the prompt to collect rewards. Are they just gone forever? I was really curious what they would be.
