Bind demon question

If I bind Hephesto on a TZ 94 will he remain that lvl (I believe lvl 96)? Or will he change to normal Hephesto lvl when I create a new game. Also, when can I see monster stats for TZs? How can I compare regular hell Hephesto with any given TZ Hephesto? Does it make a big difference?

Thank you!
