X3Pro Wake-up Query

I have a niche use case query, I’m trying to use IT32 flashes in a wildlife camera trap setup so a motion sensor triggers the camera/flash trigger. The X5 trigger with the IT32 takes 3.8 seconds from the wake-up signal being sent to the trigger being fully on to use which is far too long for my use case.

Before I switch these flash units for something else can anyone advise with the X3Pro trigger how long the unit takes to wake from standby to being usable?

Searching the internet states it’s near instant but would like to hear from actual users of this trigger if possible. Also is it possible to not have it go into standby at all and stay on all the time?
