Start priming tonight or give myself a cycle to prepare?

Help Needed

I had my consultation today following a less than ideal IVF cycle at age 28 (3 months ago). With my doctors help I have decided to go ahead with another retrieval, this time I am doing a cycle of growth hormone priming before starting stimulation. Problem is that I either have to start the injections tonight or wait 24 days until my next cycle which would mean my retrieval moves from September to October…

I had an early chemical pregnancy last month and my appetite has suffered a lot, I have not really been hitting my daily calorie intake during this time. Part of me feels I should wait this extra cycle and get myself back on track (I think it should be easier now that I know the plan and am not completely in limbo) but the other part is scared that the extra cycle just gives me more time to get stressed and anxious over waiting… I’m so tired of waiting and don’t know if it’s better to just bite the bullet or to hold off and hope that I’m able to improve my diet enough in the next 48 days or so…

What would you do in my situation? I have autism and ARFID which makes food difficult during times of uncertainty and anxiety.
