why do my PCR bands look fuzzy ?

All the bands were generated after a colony PCR. The bands on the left (those that are not in the red rectangle) look normal, but those in read rectangle are fuzzy and fat. Although these bands come at the correct size, I am just trying to understand why the bands in red rectangle look not normal.
