Classic XP Range

The current XP range in classic is about 1500 units; tested with Nidalee Q range. This is the same as retail League's range, which was patched from 1400 to 1500 about a year and a half ago.

The 1400 XP range has been in since mid Season 4 and before that it was 1250.

Understandable if this is an intentional decision to make the game less punishing for freezes or weak level 1 champs, but I figured it was worth mentioning in the case it was an oversight as it is decidedly not Classic.
