How do you guys transfer files between your computer and your phone?

I feel like I’m probably making this way harder than it needs to be lol.

I’m a music producer, so I’m constantly moving audio files, demos, recordings, etc. between my computer and my phone. Right now I usually end up sending files to myself through WhatsApp or Gmail, but doing that over and over is honestly pretty annoying.

There has to be a better way, right?

I’m looking for something that works with both iOS and Android, and ideally doesn’t rely on having Wi-Fi or an internet connection.

Do you guys deal with the same thing? What’s your go-to way of moving files between your computer and phone?

I’m curious to hear what everyone actually uses, especially if you have a setup that makes it really quick and painless.
