Punjab Counselling MBBS Round 1 Free Exit

Please tell till what date we can resign the seat allotted (FREE EXIT) through Round 1 of Punjab state counselling, if I get a better seat in Round 2 of MCC. The result of MCC Round 2 is on 2nd September but Round 2 (BFUHS) starts on 31st August.
