Missing months for PSLF Payments

(Sorry if this was already a discussion point but I couldn’t find it)

I am getting closer to my 120 count but have 13 payments missing between 07/2024 - 07/2025. I was on the SAVE plan at the time and this was the period where I couldn’t get off and wasn’t making payments. Do these months qualify for buyback? I guess I don’t know what to do with this information or if people are on the same boat.
