Constant dog barking on Daines Ave but I’m scared of the owner. What to do?

There’s a tan house on Daines Ave that has constant dog barking from within the house during the day. They have 1 or 2 little dogs plus a new little grey pug type dog. Since they got the new dog all I hear is constant barking.

I’d talk to the owner or file a complaint but the lady who owns them is scary! She’s always yelling and swearing either on her phone or at her dogs or family members. I really don’t want to get on her bad side. What should I do?
