To Buy or Not To Buy

I'm currently in the market for an IS200t/IS300. I have 2 options I'm looking at and would love to hear from the community at what y'all would do if you were in my shoes.

First is a 2019 IS300 Base w/ 12k miles on it. Even though it's the base model, it does happen to have heated and cooled seats. Second is a 2016 IS200t F Sport w/ 71k miles on it going for 6k cheaper than the IS300 and has a beautiful red and black interior. Both have only had one owner and no accidents reported.

Ideally I believe I'd be happier with the 2016 F Sport just to have some better suspension and wheels, but I feel like 12k miles is hard to pass up even though its 6k more for the IS300 base. I know they're both going to last a long time if you take care of them, but what would y'all do if you were me?

For reference, this will be my daily commuter which is a ~1 hour round trip.
