PC advice needed

My partner is looking to build a PC with Overclockers UK, him choosing the parts but having OCUK actually build it for him. He’s seen the reviews on Google which show a 3.8 rating, despite the Trustpilot having a much higher 4.7 rating, he’s still quite nervous as it’s expensive, and wants to be sure it’ll go well.

Has anyone recently configured and bought an entire PC recently from OCUK to know if it’s worth ignoring the Google reviews.
