Caught a Cold - Having Spine / SI Joint Pain + Sciatic Nerve Pain

I 30F have a cold and my back is killing me. It’s like Day 4 of the illness and my sinus symptoms have improved but now my spine is aching like crazy.

I’m having stiffness, muscle tension, low spine & SI joint pain, and sciatic nerve pain / numbness down my legs. I can’t even tolerate using my back roller or light stretching.

Does this happen to anyone else with EDS / POTS? I am trying to better understand if this is normal for EDS or if there’s another auto immune condition that I have.

When I get sick, I get wiped out for weeks and have so much inflammation.

If anyone has a similar experience, can you share if you have autoimmune issues and what conditions?
