Can you get banned for epic games accounts with the same email on them (at least in some way) being used in different locations?

QUESTION

Many years ago, I let my sibling use a Nintendo account I had that I did not really plan on using to play Fortnite on switch since they didn’t have an email at the time. They’ve been playing on it for years, and they do not have an actual epic games account attached to it.

However, the email for the Nintendo account my sibling uses is currently in use (at least in a sense) on two other epic games accounts. One epic account uses the email as the account’s actual email. The other account (my main) has accounts linked to it that use that same email as well (YouTube, twitch, etc).

So what I’m worried about now is my sibling moved away from home recently and took the switch with them. I’m worried that if they play Fortnite on the Nintendo account that uses my email which is also on 2 other epic accounts (at least in some way), that all 3 of the accounts could be banned since one of the accounts would be logging in from far away from where I log into my other accounts.

Or I’m also scared that if we play Fortnite together on those accounts at the same time that epic games might see that as a red flag or something since accounts that have the same email on them in some way are being used in different locations.

I’m just wondering if I need to worry about this, or if someone has gone through something similar? I do intend to switch the email for them eventually but they are busy right now so I’ll probably have to wait to do that some other time. Also even if I do switch the email for them I’m still scared all 3 accounts could be banned because of the fact that at least at one point that Nintendo account did have that email on it.

Thanks and sorry for this weird situation I really don’t know why past me set things up the way that I did
