Any rental agencies in Chișinău that allow less than 1-year on driving license?

Hey everyone,

I’m planning a trip to Moldova this September and am looking into renting a car with friends to explore outside Chisinau (I'm the only one with a license).

Here’s my situation: I got my driving license last October, which means by September I will have had it for 11 months....

I’ve been checking out some rental agencies in Chișinău (Sixt, Hertz, JustRent), and all of their terms strictly require a minimum of 1 year of driving license...

Has anyone managed to rent a car at the airport or in Chisinau with under 1 year of driving license? If so, which companies would you recommend? I'm ok if there is a surcharge, but I just haven't found anything...
