Does anyone have an original ps4 fat that doesn't sound like a get when playing demanding games

I just wanna know if this is a problem with this particular version of ps4 or just mine, i opened mine and cleaned it thoroughly and replaced the paste, still very loud on games like rdr2 and resident evil 4 remake, i even took it to a repair shop thinking maybe the thermal paste i used is bad but nothing changed
