Advice - moving from HR BES to HR Advisory

Hi everyone! I’m currently working in HR BES in a specialist role and have been reflecting on whether I want to continue in my current area or explore other paths within HR.

I’m particularly interested in learning more about the HR Consulting side at KPMG and was wondering if anyone here has experience making that transition.
How did you get exposure to HR Advisory internally?

Are there specific skills, projects, or networking steps you’d recommend to position myself for a move in that direction?
