HVAC condensation making my walls moldy and wet?

Hey guys!

I noticed the paint on my bathroom walls bubbling and the walls started to get soft so I knocked a hole in the wall to see what's back there. I knew the HVAC was there based on the air filter.

Is this mold? It's all soft and wet. The walls of the HVAC are wet from condensation. It's an old house I bought a few weeks ago and it's build in 1976 so it has some problems. There was a huge puddle in the crawl space that came up in the inspection so I got my own HVAC guy to check it out and I added screenshots of what he found and recommended. We addressed a few of these things.

Is this a clogged condenser line? I'm starting to freak out because walls are soft all around and I don't know how long this has been going on for. The HVAC guy is coming next week but thought I'd pop in here for advice or see if someone here experienced something like this.
