Transition to NICU

Hi! I will be starting in a Level III NICU in a month. I do have almost 2 years of experience in an adult med surge floor. I know this will be hard considering the difference in patient population. I was wondering if there are any resources that are holy grails when you first started in the NICU? Or things you recommend doing to prep?
