Looking for a strong build to interact with legion farming. Golden Charlatan??

I saw a video of a EK golden charlatan HH going to town on multiple proc legion farming and it looked fun.
Just looking for a way to juice the mechanic and have a really powerful feeling build. Coming from Endgame life stack RF, have about 4-500 div to throw at it. Any suggestions or videos i should take a a look at?
