Lucid trading Mobile access

Is there anyone else who is having trouble logging into lucid trading on the mobile app or mobile search engine? I’m having issues logging in, have turned off VPN, wifi, different devices, resetting password and devices, contacting support, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
