Should I buy the Gigabyte A16 on sale right now?

Budget: $1400
Country: USA
Use case: gaming - games like inzoi

I ordered the AERO 16 RTX 5070 the other day for $1417 after all the tax and stuff. It has 16 gb ram.

Now, I’m seeing what looks to be a good deal on the GIGABYTE Gaming A16 16" Laptop, Intel Core i7-13620H, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, GeForce RTX 5070, 165Hz IPS, Black Steel, CWHI3US864SH

This one is around $1300 right now. I’m planning on returning my AERO and buying the A16.

I wanted to get some opinions on this Good move or nah?
