Eve reddit indy guys needed to solve a lot of questions q_p(IGN in post so we can chat :3 )

Hi :D Duchess Air fryer here ty for the suport i recive in the orca drama :D

I was talking to a experience eve player and streamer about how to grow as indy player.

From the talk 2 questions call my atention.

Can you rent your manufacturing slots? O.o is there a channel to offer that?

I was told in rookie chat to colect as many BPOS as i can.

But since im 3days old i only get isogen from ore anoms and cant find megacyte or other minerals. So i drop mostly of the complicated BPOS

And also ISD suggest the manufacturing/mining in game channels but as i join them they are dead/ zero activity.

So i just ask the ones who mostly suport me: you guys on Reddit:D

What u guys recomend me? To growth as a indy and a team oriented player.

My actual corp are nice guys xD but mostly they focus on missions.

I ask kindly to my ceo if we have a 'needs list'(basically a shop list) to be suplied but we didnt xD.

And since im structurate in weekly goals to be delivered that shocks me a lot.

My long term goal is to be part of something medium to big with one or two responsabilities earned by hardwork and teamplay. What u guys sugest?

I know this is a sanbox i can do whatever i want but since its too big i feel a bit loss :S

Also im planning to post weekly my grow so ppl who suport me as a pea can follow the process to become a plant and share whatever help was given to me :D
