IBS-like symptoms after tapering steroids & hitting remission?

I've had quite the Crohn's journey - TLDR; diagnosed age 7, currently 30, two years ago had the flare from hell that caused me to be on steroids for 2 years while failing a few biologics.

Remicade finally worked, levels are good (maybe even a little high) and no antibodies. I finally tapered fully off prednisone 10 days ago, and budesonide 5 days ago. Was on both at the same time because my flare was that stubborn.

Since stopping steroids I've been waking up with some mild stomach cramping followed by 1 episode of diarrhea, then am totally fine all day and all subsequent BMs are normal, no pain or urgency. This is SO out of character for me, and just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience? It doesn't feel like my usual Crohn's flare symptoms, so I'm hoping my body will readjust after a few weeks...
