Advice?

I’ve recently ordered a pair of shoes and I haven’t heard from the seller as the cut off date is on the 12th for sending. I’ve sent a message just asking when abouts they can send but they haven’t responded but have consistently been on Vinted and quite a few reviews saying order cancelled, I don’t know wether to just cancel and order from someone else?
