Recommendations for new gamer GF!

hello! I got a switch 2 and gave my GF my switch. At 29 y/o shes giving gaming a try. I was hoping to get recommendations! I currently have her playing Pokemon lets go pikachu and she is liking it. Thats to say, she like the collecting and puzzles, she is growing on the idea of the battles though. Anyone have any recs?

I was thinking stardew valley but concerned about the combat portion haha
