Do I keep looking or give it a year?

I accepted a role 2 months ago and I’m already over it and want to leave. During the interview process they made it seem like it was going to be great and it was one role. But these last 2 months it’s become 3 roles in 1 and I’m already exhausted. I very much regret my decision to take it even though I had no choice with this economy. I’m trying to calm myself down and give it a year but i genuinely don’t think I can last that long. I want to continue looking else where while I currently occupy this but I feel like it will be a hassle. Has anyone else left a company just a few months in, how did it go for you?
