usual waiting time for biopsy with urgent referral?

thanks to anyone taking the time to read this. i am grateful for this sub!!

last year i found out about a mass in my breast that came up incidentally on a CT scan. i had an ultrasound to check on it around that time but had to put off the biopsy because of heart surgery. well now it's a year later and im mostly recovered so I got another ultrasound to check on it.

the mass went from 4.9 cm to 5.3 cm to 6.6 cm most recently. the language on my report says "increased in size worrisome for malignancy" and has a bi-rads 4 suspicious finding.

today i got my biopsy scheduled for a month out. is that typical for an urgent referral? has anyone else had these dimensions be benign? thank you <3
