MultiCare/Virginia mason Referral Program

I am having difficulty transitioning due to lack of healthcare experience (healthcare marketing/administration background) on my resume to an Emergency Tech/medical assistant role but meet education requirements, would anyone who works in communications at Multicare or Virginia Mason be willing to be put down as a reference on an app?
