Nearly had a full on fist fight over Alley Cats??

Literally just left the bar this happened at and still a little bit shaken up from the whole situation

Went for a few drinks after work with some colleagues and one of them mentioned Alley Cats

I honestly don’t have the strongest opinion about it but I just said from the clips I’ve seen it doesn’t look very funny and seems to rely on swearing for its humour

I hear somebody behind me give a scoff which sounded like it was directed at me but I wasn’t 100% sure so just left it

The conversation continues and I eventually say I used to like Gervais a lot but haven’t watched much of his recent stuff

Again the person behind me scoffs (a lot louder this time and clearly towards me)

I turn around, and since it’s a busy bar I’m not 100% who said it so I just give a general “sorry did somebody say something?”

A couple behind me parted and I saw somebody sitting alone, he looked quite small and didn’t even have a drink which seemed weird

The person starts talking in a very quiet and low voice which I can’t really hear so I start walking towards him

I get to the table he’s sitting at (it’s in the corner so quite dark and out of the way)

As I get closer, at this point full of anger and ready for a confrontation, the light hits him at the right angle and… little monkey fella
