First proper MTB DH bike from Decathlon

Hi all, I want to buy MTB to play on the MTB track near my home. I am 30+ dad, so not going for anything professional and like idea of not being bothered by building my own bike from parts. I was originally looking for hardtail but found this one on decathlon and it seems to be exactly what I need, good enough fork, good stance, nice addition is dropper. Also I will use it to ride in bikeways with my kid in kids seat, so 29er sounds good too:

Model: EXPL 140 S

Is this a good choice? Thanks all!
