help! panicking over symptoms after plan b + bc pills
Hi everyone, I really need some reassurance.
I took Plan B 10 days ago, on Friday 31st, because I left my birth control pills in a hot car for hours. Unaware of the potential heat damage, I kept taking them for 5 days before realizing my mistake and switching to a new pill pack. During those days I had intercourse with no ejaculation inside. (Full story is on my profile).
The first week after Plan B I didn’t feel much, but two days ago I started having several symptoms: mild to sharp cramps, slight nausea, a stomach ache, and a LOT of white and watery discharge (way more than I’ve ever had in my life). I also had sore breasts earlier, which has now decreased.
I really can’t stop thinking I’m pregnant. I also didn’t have any withdrawal bleeding, which I know is common after Plan B, and this adds to my anxiety. Could all these heavy symptoms and the lack of bleeding be directly correlated with taking Plan B while on birth control and immediately starting a new pack? Has anyone experienced a delay in Plan B side effects or heavy discharge like this, and how long did it take for your body to go back to normal?
TL;DR:
Took Plan B 10 days ago after taking heat-exposed BC pills. No bleeding, but now facing heavy white discharge, cramps, and nausea. Could Plan B combined with continuous BC cause these delayed symptoms and no bleeding? Am I at risk?
