Long time repo with claude code

Hi,

I'm working in a repo for more than a year. I'm coding my self and sometimes with claude code. Did I need to delete all claude related file and re generate it ?
Claude is always improved but did I need to improve my Claude.md, my skills, agent definition and so on ?
