Suspension stem on the Nuroard Hybrid C:62

Hi there, I would really like to get this bike but I have a messed up shoulder and would like some front suspension, is it possible to fit a suspension stem (ie Vecnum Freeqence Suspension Stem) on this bike? Will the internal routing be an issue?

Ty!
