Absorbing risks for a business ( not promoting )

Hi there,

I previously left my job to work with a client ( small industrial company ) in another city.

I have a background in Marketing and sales. I made the client the offer of : I ll pay for Marketing and sales operation expenses until some results show up, Since i was confident about my skills and the company's products and services.

The first 2months and half were intense had a mental breakdown . But sales were coming in so that was satisfying. After this I negotiated with them a retainer and commissions .

And this is where I started exploring the B2B side. This one was a 4months walk in the abyss with no flash light. But I closed some pretty good deals. It was intense but things turned out alright. Everybody was satisfied. Except that i felt I underpriced myself somehow.

I was working 9-13 h a day. Managing advertising and marketing tools, hired and managed a commercial assistant, dealing with CRM complications. Emailing , lot of calls ... ( was doing the job of 3 people)

Now, i registered a company and I want to offer the same thing to other companies. But in a more structured and optmised way, specially in the B2B side.

Any opinions from business owners about this matter would be appreciated.
