I (M22) don't know if i moving on from my ex (F23) even a good idea. Am I insane ?

We broke up a year ago in July, after dating for 1.5 years. Before that we were best friends for a year and even after break up first we went in FWB thing but that didn't work and went again to being best friends. The major reason we broke up was because of the stupid thing that we thought in the beginning that this may not work after we graduate cuz then it will be a long distance. We talk on call and all almost everyday but every time she tells me about how she matched with someone (I also made her Hinge profile) and went on date my heart just sinks. I truly believe that if we didn't make that sunset clause we would have dated and who knows even might have gotten married. We were/are so in sync with each other.

She keeps on saying come to my state and because of her even I'm really trying my hardest to land job there only (we graduated this year only).

The reason I'm in dilemma is that first I'm really afraid this would ruin the thing we currently have, and second for her dating is also a way to meet people. Her job has really weird working days. She works on Saturdays and Sundays and gets an off on Wednesdays and Thursdays. She basically has no friends there or people she could hangout with cuz all events and people get out on Weekends only. I'm afraid she might get more lonely if i am not able to get a job there. Her state is Tier 1 and also far better than mine so can't even ask her to move here. Am I going insane ???? Is there any solution to this or I'd have to resort to just be the best friend ?
