186 TRT with positive IGRA (latent TB) — anyone been through this?

Has anyone gone through 186 TRT with a positive TB blood test (IGRA/QuantiFERON)?
Situation: positive IGRA came up during the 482 medical in 2024. Chest x-ray was normal, Bupa submitted the case, and the 482 was granted with no issue. Bupa referred to the state TB clinic outside the visa process — seen by a TB specialist, no active TB, discharged. Chose not to take preventive treatment (specialist said it was optional).
Now applying 186 TRT and will need a fresh medical.
Questions:
1. Did the positive IGRA cause any delay or extra requests at the PR stage?
2. Did anyone get asked to sign a Form 815 health undertaking onshore?
3. Did bringing the TB specialist letter to the Bupa appointment help?
